Dear Course Participant:
Thank you for your interest in taking our BVC Certification Training.
You are about to take your Individual Values Assessment for this course. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes. You must complete the entire survey at one sitting for your answers to be counted. At the end of the survey, you will see a message that your responses have been successfully entered.
You will be asked to select 10 words from a list of values/behaviors.
Before you take the assessment, we ask you to confirm your acceptance of the BVC confidentiality agreement.
The purpose of this agreement is twofold:
One of our core organisational values is “openness.” In this context, it means we are willing to share with our BVC Network (those who have successfully completed training) information that many other organisations would consider proprietary. We do this because it enhances your ability to serve your clients. You are free to teach your clients (internal or external) about the BVC Models, but you are not permitted to duplicate the BVA Certification Training. The BVC Certification Training must always be used in partnership with BVC. This is in everyone’s best interests. We have developed a high quality product that has gained considerable market acceptance. We intend to maintain these high standards and continue to develop the BVC Certification Training. By entering this agreement, you are not only protecting your investment in taking this training you are also helping to protect the intellectual property rights of BVC.

This course presents materials on how to use the BVC Cultural Transformation ModelsSM and Cultural Transformation Tools ® and includes confidential and proprietary information developed by BVC. BVC and the Part I Participant agree to the following:
1. The list of Cultural Transformation ModelsSM set out in Table 1 and information concerning the use thereof may be used freely by Participants of this training course. In addition, Participant may train other people in the use of the Cultural Transformation ModelsSM listed in Table 1.

2. The list of Cultural Transformation Tools ® set out in Table 2 (as well as any other Cultural Transformation Tools developed by BVC involving the use of survey instruments for client engagements) and information concerning the use thereof may be used or disclosed by Participant only in (a) the Participant’s client engagements or the Participant’s company where the Cultural Transformation Tools ® survey instruments are being used. Except as permitted in the preceding sentence, Participant may not (a) use the Cultural Transformation Tools ®, (b) train other people in the use of the Cultural Transformation Tools ®, (c) make copies of the course materials for the purposes of training other people in the use of the Cultural Transformation Tools ®, (d) develop tools and survey instruments that use the Cultural Transformation Tools ® methodology or survey process.
