Survey results provide leadership with important insight into the cultural well-being of the organization. The results show where there is values alignment and where growth or change may be needed.
Please respond to the survey based on your experience in your primary role within The Salvation Army, Canada and Bermuda Territory. Your day-to-day experience in your Salvation Army context matters. This survey is a way to share that perspective.
1. The survey takes about 10 - 15 minutes. You must complete the entire survey at one sitting for your answers to be counted. At the end of the survey, you will see a message that your responses have been successfully entered.
2. The survey commences with demographic questions. Following this, you will be asked to select ten words from a list of values.
3. Press the “Continue” button to move to the next page.
Be assured that all survey responses are anonymous and confidential. All demographic information is collected only in aggregate form, reported as total numbers within the territory.
